Brew & Bake Café

Brief

The owners wanted a warm, welcoming café with a visible bakery counter, and they needed it open quickly to start trading.

Challenge

Small commercial spaces have little room for error. Kitchen equipment, ventilation, plumbing and seating all compete for space, and every week of construction is a week without income.

Outcome

We designed the layout around the open kitchen, placing services first so the counter, seating and storage could fit around them. Because one team handled design, construction and interiors, decisions were made quickly and work on site moved without waiting on separate contractors. Lighting and finishes were chosen to feel warm in the evening and bright in the morning. The café opened on schedule, ready for its first customers. Durable surfaces and simple, serviceable equipment layouts mean the café is easy to clean and maintain during busy days. The owners received drawings and service details at handover, so future changes can be planned with confidence, and our team remains a phone call away for any adjustments as the business grows.
